Return & Exchange Policy

Our company offers a 7-day return service for eligible products, effective from the date of the customer’s actual receipt. Below is the detailed policy:

1. Eligibility for 7-Day Returns

Returns will be accepted if the product meets any of the following conditions: 

  • The product has inherent quality defects;
  • The product was damaged during transportation;
  • The wrong item, or a product that does not match the ordered specifications/style, was delivered (provided the product is unused, intact, and resalable).

2. Exceptions to 7-Day No-Reason Returns

The 7-day no-reason return policy does not apply to the following scenarios:

  • Personalized or customized products;
  • Used products (electronic products are deemed used once powered on);
  • Products, functional components, or accessories showing signs of wear and tear;
  • Lost or severely damaged outer packaging (excluding mere opening) that affects resale;
  • Special-nature products unsuitable for return (with your prior confirmation of this clause at the time of purchase);
  • Other cases where the product’s condition renders it unresalable.

3. Return Application Process

3.1 Returns/Exchanges Due to Personal Reasons

If you wish to return/exchange a product for personal reasons (and the product is intact and resalable), please contact our after-sales service center via email within 7 days of receipt. Our after-sales team will process your application within 1–3 business days of receiving the email. Shipping costs for such returns/exchanges shall be borne by the customer.

3.2 Returns/Exchanges Due to Quality Issues

For returns/exchanges arising from product quality defects, please contact our after-sales service center at service@mail.jinkishop.com within 7 days of receipt. Our customer service team will process your application within 1–3 business days of receiving your email. Shipping costs for such returns/exchanges shall be borne by our company.

3.3 Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return for a refund, please directly contact the courier company within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange the return shipment. After the courier company signs for the returned product, they will synchronize the relevant information with our company. We will complete the refund process within 15 business days thereafter.
